I-Self Medicine

I've found that most clients I see come up against a road block when I ask them direct questions like "What do you want...?" or "What do you need in that situation?"

These answers, you see, necessarily begin with an "I" statement...

"I want..."

"I need..."

We all come into this world as pure Source: a fire, a flame, a blaze of light energy.

Life and our experiences quite often cause us to build barriers around our blaze, most often "for our own protection". Sometimes, without knowing, we let others' unhealed reactive fears create duplicate versions of THEIR walls around our innate inner fire.

This goes on and on as we continue to put up walls, to accept beliefs that aren't ours, to carry fear-based behaviors that were required for us to survive at some point...

Over time, we dim...

The bright blaze that is US becomes harder and harder to see, much less to witness as Who or What We Are.

And slowly or all of a sudden, we realize that we feel bound, trapped, confined...dulled, out of sync, restrained...

fragmented, distracted, uninvolved in our own lives...

And so, most of the Work I'm blessed to do with my clients has to do with identifying all the shadings and shadows, all the barriers and walls, all the dimming and diminishings, all the fears and shrinkings...

The first phase is demolition, examination, analysis...questioning, awareness, exploration.

This Work is the required way-paving, the space clearing, the assessing, identifying, and dissolving.

Just as critical, though, is the I-Self Medicine.

That next phase is the discovery, the contemplation, the inspiration...the uncovering, the reclamation, the creation.

This Work is the building, the foundation laying, the acquainting...the reintroduction not only TO yourself, but AS yourself.

This is the part of the Work where you ReSource yourself - literally where you become your own Source, your own voice, your own creator. This is the part where you become the writer, editor, director, and star of YOUR story.

"I want..."

"I need..." 

I-Self Medicine takes you to the place where you're able to discern YOUR answers, because you're standing in that place of your own power, your own fire...you're illumined by the light of your own blaze.
